En-Suite Room + Separate Kitchen Near Station

Comfortable en-suite room available in a unique detached home, just a 5-minute walk to High Brooms station with direct trains to London Charing Cross (approx. 40 mins)

The room has fitted wardrobes and good storage, as well as its own en-suite shower room.

You’ll also have the use of our second kitchen, so for everyday purposes you’ll have your own space to cook and keep food. We retain some storage in the kitchen and occasionally use it when we’re having family gatherings, so we’re looking for someone who is happy with that relaxed arrangement rather than someone seeking completely self-contained accommodation.

We’re a friendly household but also appreciate everyone’s privacy. We occasionally host overseas English-language students, who will use a separate bedroom upstairs.

There is street parking available locally and shops and amenities are within easy reach.

£840 per calendar month including household bills and Wi-Fi. A weekly clean of the bedroom and en-suite is also included if you’d like it. We want this to feel like your own comfortable space, so this is entirely optional.

We’re looking for a friendly, considerate and reasonably tidy lodger who values their privacy and will enjoy having their own comfortable room, en-suite and separate kitchen space.
