A luxury 3 story, 8 bedroom houseboat that is moored permanently on the river Medway in Hoo.
Close to Rochester/Chatham/Gillingham/Strood for driving or make use of the great bus links and to top it off the local train links take you to London St Pancreas in only half an hour.

Cute village location with all amenities close by (spar, coop, beauty, takeaway, pubs etc)

Plain decorated room with essential furniture such as double bed, wardrobe or rail with drawers and bedside cabinet.
If you wish to redecorate then that's fine just make sure it's back to presentable if and when you leave (any nail holes filled/blue tack marks covered etc).
2x shared bathroom on the bottom floor with baths and a shower over it, sink, toilet and cabinet.
Full use of the kitchen on middle floor, including all plates, cups, utensils and cutlery etc, your own cupboard for just you and tenants have their own shared fridge/freezer that is separate to mine with plenty space to separate. You have full use of the argar hobs and oven, bread maker, toastie machine, airfryer, microwave etc etc.
The living room on that floor is mainly yours as I have my own living room on the top floor and the smart TV comes with all the extras such as netflix and nowtv and prime if you don't have your own then use the roomies profile.
Utility room for use with dryer, airers and washing machine, just provide your own washing liquid/powder (another toilet is also at the end of the utility room)
Outside area is by the entrance for your use with chairs, tables and views for days.
Massive workshop for storage and the creatives.

Parking available at £15 a week extra.
All bills included except for between the months October to March where an additional £50 pcm will be required to cover the cost of heating due to the cost of Gas Bottles and Red Diesel used to keep the boat running cosy.

References not essential just honest people who pay on time, can be done weekly or monthly.

Potentially could accept housing benefit.
Not suitable for those who struggle to walk due to the distance from the parking to the boat plus the gangway can be steep depending on the tide.
Must speak fluent English - this is essential to live in this property.
You may have guests but must not have them semi moving in and constantly sleeping over.
