I am an easy-going professional and have an enhanced DBS certificate. My background is in pharmaceutical training.

My home is lovely, calm, and quiet. It’s me and my cat, so I am looking for someone that I can trust with her; this is my priority. I would like a housemate who is calm, clean, safe, and respectful of my home, me, and my cat. 

Equally important, is a safe home, so I am looking to rent the space to an individual who isn’t looking to bring guests back. This helps to ensure a safe and secure home. 

The space for rent is a modern large double room with a great ensuite area. It’s a large executive-style home with all appliances and bills included. My home is located in a private gated court, and you will have your own secure parking space. The space includes a nice outdoor garden area with comfortable loungers, tables, and chairs for relaxation with full access to fast WiFi.

The double room for rent is big with a large in built wardrobe running the width of the room with overhead storage creating plenty of space for belongings. The room is newly decorated, light and airy with an expansive large ensuite area that also has lots of storage/cupboard options.
The room is equipped with a solid double bed and matching high quality chest of draws. There is a good quality mirror, new cream blinds and modern curtains with a matching theme - all neutral and attractive to the eye. The room is also equipped with a brand new foldable wooden table and matching chair for computer station/work station set up aimed at the business professional.

Available for you to use is a comfortable sitting room with a leather sofa, TV, dining area, and a brand new state-of-the art treadmill. I rarely use this space, so you would also have this area to relax in privacy.

The kitchen diner is large and well equipped with all modern appliances, including new air fryers. The kitchen is light and airy with double French doors opening onto a quiet and well equipped garden area. You'll have plenty of space for food storage.

Overall, this represents excellent value for a tenant with a large en-suite, private allocated parking space, private use of a sitting room, and a large, attractively furnished home, located in a sought-after area. Additionally the home is fully managed by myself which means improved health & safety, fire safety compliance, rooms cleaned/hoovered with maintenance included.

Iwade village is a sought-after location with all local amenities on our doorstep. located in the centre of the village, within very close proximity to grocery shops, pub and restaurant, artisan coffee shop serving breakfast, entertainment, and a nature reserve walk. The road links are excellent for all main routes, transport, and commuting. 
All the main supermarkets, train station and town centre are located a short drive away.
