 My home is lovely, calm, and quiet. It’s me and my cat, so I am looking for someone that I can trust with her; this is my priority. I would like a housemate who is calm, clean, safe, and respectful of my home, me, and my cat. 

Equally important is a safe home, so I am looking to rent the space to an individual who isn’t looking to bring guests back. This helps to ensure a safe and secure home. 

I am looking for a professional person who is working in the area (ideally week days - weekends by discussion) on a contract and has full-time residence/own property somewhere else and needs quality accommodation in the area while working in Kent.

All the main supermarkets, train station, and town centre are located a short drive away.
