The room includes a TV and a brand-new double bed with a premium mattress. It’s a good-sized, comfortable room with plenty of natural light.

You’ll have use of the newly fitted kitchen, dining area, shared bathroom and garden.

The house is well kept, relaxed and friendly — much more of a home than a typical busy house share.

You’ll be living with me, my adult son and one other lodger. Everyone is friendly but independent and has their own space. We also have a small friendly dog and a cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals.

The house is within walking distance of bus and train links, Asda, Eurolink and other local amenities.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone working, clean, considerate and easy-going who would like a comfortable longer-term home rather than somewhere very temporary.
