Hi! I’ve got a really nice double (or single) room available in my 3-bedroom home in Park Farm. It’s a calm, clean and friendly space — perfect if you’re looking for somewhere comfortable to come home to.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, plus shared use of a bright kitchen/dining area and a beautiful garden 🌸 There’s also parking available, and all bills + fast internet are included, so no extra hassle.

The location is super convenient — just a short walk to local shops, Tesco and Ashford Designer Outlet/Ashford Train Station. There’s a bus stop right outside, and you can get to Ashford International station in about 15 minutes.

A bit about me — I’m a live-in landlord and it’s just me in the house. I’m easy-going, respectful and like to keep things relaxed and tidy. I’m looking for someone similar — ideally a working professional who’s friendly but also values their own space.
