There is a small garden to the rear of the property, with a washing line, patio and outside table and chairs.

The bills included are council tax, wireless broadband, water, electricity

Solicitor approved contract.

HOUSEMATE
I am a young professional who is respectful of others. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, go on runs and occasionally go out for dinner and drinks with my friends and I have a very friendly hypoallergenic dog and garden rabbits :)

PARKING
There are parking spaces available on the road including a visitor parking space, however these are shared with the neighbours so on a first come first serve basis, but always room to park at the end of the close - no permit required on the road.
