The rooms have been carefully designed, decorated and finished, incorporating a fresh and contemporary design throughout.
Each room has its own wall mounted Smart TV on which we supply you with a complimentary NETFLIX subscription.
Storage beds are great for storing all your belongings, and have orthopaedic mattresses. Rooms are fully furnished with all new drawers, wardrobes and in some rooms desks.
USB sockets by every bed to charge your devices.
Your room has its own private En-suite. Our heating system has been designed that every shower in the house can be run at the same time and still achieve high flow and water pressure in your shower.
The house has super fast WIFI with mesh access points throughout meaning you will never lose WIFI signal, and will keep up with your internet requirements.
In the kitchen you have your own private fridge/freezer, and the kitchen in fully equipped with everything you will need.
There is a dedicated laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers. Unlike most we don’t charge extra for the use of tumble dryers.
Also unlike most, you have a communal living and dining room where you can socialise with housemates. With comfy sofa, and dining table and TV.
We have cleaners come in and clean the communal areas fortnightly.
Outside there is a paved patio area with outdoor dining table and chairs.

ALL INCLUSIVE
We take care of you! Your room is inclusive of: Council tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, High-speed fibre optic meshed Broadband & Netflix on the supplied TV. There is a fortnightly cleaning service for communal areas and regular house maintenance.

GREAT LOCATION
Situated on Bower Street, Maidstone which is a quiet residential road yet less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre, and Maidstone West Train station. There is a bus stop 100 yards from your front door with excellent transport links around Maidstone.
Maidstone is bursting with excellent shops, bars and restaurants all right on your doorstep.
