Room to rent in Maidstone🌟

Hiya!

I have a room to rent in Maidstone! It’s a room in a lovely Victorian terrace house within walking distance to Maidstone town centre and Maidstone East train station. There’s a south facing garden and large windows that let in plenty of light.

All bills are included in the price and there is permit parking available. The room is £550pcm and is furnished, but this can be un-furnished if preferred. The room is at the front of the property and lets in plenty of light and is very spacious.

I am looking for housemates who are clean and kind and are happy being social or in their own company, respecting each other’s privacy. There is a parking permit available with the room that gives access to the N2 zone in Maidstone.

There are 3 rooms at the property and 2 of them are occupied by myself and one other female. The room is available from today.

I ask for one months deposit, and one months notice when leaving.
