Bright Sunny Double Room near Maidstone Hospital

I have a bright and sunny double bedroom available on the Tonbridge Road with a short bus ride to Maidstone Hospital and a 20 min walk into Maidstone Town Centre. The house is set back from the main road and is opposite a large beautiful green park with amenities such as a tennis court. The closest bus stop towards Maidstone Town Centre is a 3 min walk from the house and the closest bus stop towards Maidstone Hospital is just across the road. Tesco and Sainsbury's are just a 5 min and 10 min walk away, respectively. There is also a corner shop across the road. The room advertised is at the back of the house and overlooks the large tranquil garden which is shared with myself. Cleaning duties for the shared spaces such as kitchen, bathroom and living room, are shared between the tenant and the myself. There is also a big double room that I will consider letting out for a higher fee per week. Nurses are welcome and females are preferred. Storage is available at an additional fee, depending on how much space is required. Pets will be considered as I'm an animal lover myself. Message me for any questions.
