-large double room in basement to rent in LGTBQIA+ family home. -We are often away and are slowly mantaining the house ourselves.
-monthly bills at £85/ month,
rent includes council tax
adjustment for couples would be extra 85/month on top of the above (525+85+85)
Appliances include washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, tumble dryer (but this will not be replaced if it breaks due to electricity costs).
There is a large grey desk and office chair available as well if needed (not shown in photo)
***Preferences strongly for women (trans inclusive), non binary, gender fluid/expansive people, non-cis men, LGBTQAI+ as household is such.

10-15min leisurely low incline walk to Maidstone East train station, 15-20min walk to Maidstone Barracks train station (high speed into London) ; 10-15 min walk to town centre with local Aldi just less than 5min walk from house.
Unfortunately the house is not wheelchair accessible, but please feel free to contact about any other access requirements.
Garden at the back with mature apple tree, herbs, vegetable patch and rear alley access (seeded for with bees and butterflies)
