large double room in basement to rent in family home. We are often away and are slowly mantaining the house ourselves.
monthly bills as 65 pounds a month,
rent includes council tax unless you are a student then there will be a discount on the rent.
As a couple there would be a negotiated increase of rent and with council tax and bills.
