The preference of a woman is a preference from my 12 year old daughter and it is for her comfortability.
I have 3 children 12, 6 and 4 that stay sat, sun and Monday nights. We are out and about most of the time and during the week they stay with their mum and I stay away Tuesday and Friday nights. You will have the run of the house and plenty of space and time to yourself.
I’m friendly, quiet, reasonable
And easy to communicate with.
All bills are included in the rent including tv Chanel’s and internet.
