Get ready to settle into your new home! We typically aim to have you moved in within around 2 weeks; once the application process is complete, and the room is vacant, We understand how important it is for you to have a smooth and timely transition, and we're here to make that happen. We collect all rent on the 1st of every month, so depending on the date you move in, you'll only need to pay a pro-rata rent amount for that specific period.
