Tenent can use kitchen diner and garden at all times. sharing the newly refurbished bathroom but tenent does have own shower cubickle. Also a large storage cupboard in the hall. The basement has fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle toaster and sandwhich maker. rice maker, air fryer cups plates , cutlery. tv, All bedding towels included as so are bills and parking permit.
Once a week cleaning if required, washing machine and dryer in home.
Its in walking distance to the town that has lots of nice shops bars and restaurants. Easy access to both busses and trains. Close to local open space and Mote park.
Its a quiet road with not a lot of noise litter or disturbance. use of garden and a parking permit.
Bus stops practically outside the house
5 min walk to 3 train station to London.
Easy access to the city centre
