Hollingbourne railway station is only a 5-minute walk from the house and 2 stops away from Maidstone town center.

There is a local bus service (less than 5-minute walk) which takes you to Maidstone town center.

This room is in a spacious 4-bedroom semi-detached house with a complete self-contained Annex at the rear of property housing live in landlord giving the tenants their privacy

I have a furnished double room available with brand new quality bed with storage underneath along with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and 1 bedside cabinet, 1 desk and an office chair.

The monthly rent includes all bills and utilities (council tax, water, gas, electric, and internet broadband)
