The property is a beautiful 3 bed Victorian terrace. There is 1 bedroom available to let on the top floor, this bedroom has an en-suite. The top floor is separated by a door at the bottom of the stairs, has two rooms, the other is occupied by another SpareRoom occupant.

Perfect for either families, friends looking to rent together, or for 2 separate occupancies. Fitted with Velux ceiling windows that allow for brilliant lighting when the sun is around. Very breezy when the windows are open and the sun shines through brilliant.

A bit about me; I live with my cat Osi. We will be live-in landlords, though I am often away with work. I sometimes ask for the tenants to help with the watering and feeding of the cat, although this is not in any way mandatory.

My only requirements are cleanliness, always leaving the shared space as it was found and honest, open conversation regarding any house bits.

A tidy house is a happy one.

My time in Margate is spent writing, gardening and swimming as the idea was this was to be my time away from work.

The front door is now orange for viewings.
