The Margate properties, are just a 10-minute walk from the town centre and less than 15 minutes from the beach. There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk away. Roughly 10/15 minute walk to Queen Elizabeth the Queen mother hospital.
It boasts spacious grounds and gardens with plenty of parking.
The properties provides a large lounge area, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom facilities. The garden is spacious and secure offering privacy and security.
