It boasts spacious grounds and gardens with plenty of parking.
The properties provides a large lounge area, kitchen, bedroom, laundry room and bathroom facilities. The garden is spacious and secure offering privacy and security.
Monthly fee includes: Gas, Electric, Water and Council Tax
All of our rooms are unfurnished.
Monthly fee is payable in advance by the day before you move in.
We can only offer accommodation to employed individuals aged 21 or over to secure our properties — no children or pets are allowed in the building.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept applicants who are currently on benefits.
We are a Property Guardian company.
What is a Property Guardian? A guardian is someone who enters into an agreement to live in a building or part of a building that would otherwise be empty for the primary purpose of securing and safeguarding the property.
As this living space is part of a ‘Property Guardian’ scheme, you will occupy the property on a monthly rolling License Agreement; This makes it flexible, so we only have to give each other 28 days notice.
As a live-in Property Guardian you not only get affordable accommodation on flexible terms, you're also doing your bit for the community by protecting this property (simply by living in it).
In order to be a Guardian you have to be 21 and over, employed and not have any children or pets living with you.
All successful applicants will need to provide photo ID, bank statements, pay slips/proof of employment and references.
The legal bit: As a Property Guardian you will occupy the property on a License Agreement, not a tenancy. Also, we cannot guarantee for how long this property will be available to occupy.
