The house is situated on a quiet street, just 10 mins walk from QEQM and 2 mins drive.
It is a large property, with a living room, a second living room and dining room, a large kitchen, downstairs toilet, family bathroom, utility space and a large outdoor garden with a jacuzzi which you are welcome to use to unwind in after a long day at work!
It is just me who lives here (professional, female, with two dogs, so please only contact me if you love dogs!)
The room is furnished, but basic; bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, mirror and some artwork.
The rent includes: gas/electric, fibre optic broadband, council tax, water rates and TV licence/Netflix etc.
The room would suit a single, full tim working person pref female, but as long as you are house trained i dont mind, i just need someone who is respectful, kind, quiet and can enjoy the house.
