For short term lets, it is available for weekly, Mon-Fri only from either Sunday or Monday afternoon, or for weekends only from Friday or Saturday. Please message for price.

On the border of Margate Old Town and Cliftonville, the best of this Kent seaside is within walking distances:

This spacious en-suite has comfortable furniture, bedding, toiletries and an internal-only lock. The kitchenette and living space are shared. Sorry - strictly no smoking and no pets please.

This room is one of two bedrooms in a flat located on the second floor. The building has a lift, with entrance and communal areas well lit. Location has easy access for bus and train travel.

Free on-site parking is available using a visitor permit in its allocated bay. Failure to return a visitor parking permit incurs a charge to replace. Free street parking is also available nearby.

Nearby shops: the Aldi is next door; Morrisons, Savers and a gym are 10mins walk, while Tesco, Boots, Poundland and the High street are 15mins walk away. Margate Old Town and Northdown Road also have many unique cafes, restaurants and shops :)

I study and work full-time, with a variable schedule that includes working remotely from home and traveling out of town. The room is best suited for the solo independent who appreciate tidy calm spaces and are respectful when sharing with others.
