Welcome to our completely self contained cosy and bright private guest suite! There is one double bedroom, living/dining kitchen and full bathroom.
You access the suite through our properties main front door and up our internal staircase. The upstairs front rooms of our property have been converted into a guest suite. Once inside you have a fully furnished space with complete privacy and lockable front door. (See video).
We are used to having people here, The guest suite is currently rented out on airbnb (we have received all 5 star reviews for the space) and we love meeting new people. However we would like some more stability with having only one person here long term.
Abit about us - Myself and my husband both work full time, i work remotely from our home office. We have a 9 year old and 17 year old and a small Maltese rescue called snowy.
We have a 5 bedroom property and do not use the guest suite at anytime as our rooms are all separate. There is no washing machine in the suite but your more than welcome to use the one in our main kitchen.
Our preference is a single working professional, ideally female however for the right candidate we will be open to discussions with people.
The guest suite has 3 rooms in total, a double bedroom complete with a double bed and large wardrobe, a versatile living/dining/Kitchen equipped with a sofa bed and breakfast bar and a full bathroom with bath and shower.
The suite is for the sole use of the occupier and not used by anyone else in our household. It is completely private with a key to the suites front door.
The bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, large double wardrobe with drawers. A tv with an Amazon Firestick.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave, countertop hob, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils, plates, and cups.
The living area has a sofa bed perfect for pulling out and watching a film!
There is a full spacious bathroom.
Our prime location is just a ten-minute walk from a 2025 award-winning beach, with two pub/Restaurants on the seafront.
Also within a 10 minute walk is a lovely cake/coffee shop selling homemade cakes and sandwiches, a cocktail bar and local restaurant—all within walking distance.
For further travel, a bus route just a minute away provides easy access to various locations. London is an hour train journey away, the historic town of Canterbury, and other coastal towns like Whitstable and Herne Bay are all within an hour train journey.
There is a dedicated parking space, weekly cleaner, wifi and all bills included in the price.
