Self Contained Entire Guest Suite

The private self contained suite is located on the 2nd floor of our property.

The property is our family home, due to this we are looking for someone Friendly, respectful, and kind.

We are used to having guests here as the guest suite is currently rented out on airbnb (we have received all 5 star reviews for the space). However we would like some more stability with having only one person here long term.

Our preference is a working professional, and ideally female however for the right candidate we will be open to discussions with people.

The guest suite has 3 rooms in total, a double bedroom complete with a large wardrobe, a versatile living/dining/Kitchen equipped with a sofa bed and breakfast bar and a full bathroom with bath and shower.

The suite is for the sole use of the occupier and not used by anyone else in our household (The rest of the house is for the family only). It is completely private with a key to the suites front door.

The bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, large double wardrobe with drawers. A tv with an Amazon Firestick.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave, countertop hob, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils, plates, and cups.

The living area has a sofa bed perfect for pulling out and watching a film!

There is a full spacious bathroom.

Our prime location is just a ten-minute walk from a 2025 award-winning beach, with two pub/Restaurants on the seafront.

Also within a 10 minute walk is a lovely cake/coffee shop selling homemade cakes and sandwiches, a cocktail bar and local restaurant—all within walking distance.

For further travel, a bus route just a minute away provides easy access to various locations. London is an hour train journey away, the historic town of Canterbury, and other coastal towns like Whitstable and Herne Bay are all within an hour train journey.

There is a dedicated parking space, weekly cleaner, wifi and all bills included in the price.
