Looking for a lodger to rent decent sized double room in my home in Paddock Wood. Double bed, wardrobe (with built in drawers) plus ladder bookshelves (negotiable).

- Separate downstairs loo with sink.

- Garage (to store a bike if needed)

Driveway and unrestricted on street parking in quiet residential area. 10 mins walk to Paddock Wood railway station.

Trains every 30 mins towards London, Ashford & Maidstone.

Paddock Wood is a small town with good amenities, three coffee shops, several pubs, two supermarkets, takeaways (fish n chips, Indian, pizza, Chinese) library dry cleaners and hardware store.

About me:
I’m a friendly single gay man, 46 years old with a parrot (who mostly stays in her cage in my office). I like sci fi, musical theatre, art and photography. I also like movies, watching TV, painting/sketching and the odd board game night, so would like to find someone with similar chilled out values and interests - although not a pre-requisite.

I’m a professional, office based shift worker. I usually work late shifts in London, so generally get home sometime between 10pm - 1am. I work a four day week, but could be any four days. I’m always respectful of other people, I would say I’m relatively quiet and would hope to find someone likeminded.
