Lovely Character Property in Remote Location

Hey, my name’s Jacob and I’m looking to rent out a room in my property. It’s in a lovely peaceful location in Penshurst.

The property features an open kitchen/living room set-up, with doors going out into the garden. There are two restrooms (1 of which has a shower and bath in). The living space and bathrooms will be shared.

There’s plenty of parking, lots of local walks and plenty of pubs to visit. You will need a car because the property is not near any public transport. It is however a 10-minute drive to Hildenborough station with good links into London (I know because I work in London 2 days a week).

A little bit about myself, I’m 35 years old, single, kind, calm, and all round pretty relaxed. I must admit I’ve always lived alone or with a partner, so this will be different for me, but I’m tidy and easy to live with. I enjoy playing golf and tennis once or twice a week, have lots of family and friends (although they don’t live close by so they rarely come over), and enjoy socialising at local events or pubs with a pint in hand.

Just to say once more - it is an amazing house in a fantastic part of England.
