Double Room in Quiet Location

Hey, I’m looking for somebody to share my home in a lovely peaceful location in Penshurst.

The property features an open kitchen/living room set-up, with doors going out into the garden. There are two restrooms (1 of which has a shower and bath in). The living space will be shared.

There’s plenty of off-road parking, lots of local walks and plenty of pubs to visit. You will need a car because the property is not near any public transport. It is however a 10-minute drive to Hildenborough station with good links into London. It’s equidistant to Tonbridge or Tunbridge Wells, so plenty of choice for stations and nice towns to visit.

A little bit about myself, I’m 35 years old, kind, calm, and all round pretty relaxed. I must admit I’ve always lived alone or with a partner, so this will be different for me, but I’m tidy and easy to live with. I enjoy playing golf and tennis once or twice a week, have lots of family and friends (although they don’t live close by so they rarely come over), and enjoy socialising at local events or visiting new pubs.

Just to say once more - it is an amazing house in a fantastic part of England. The price includes all bills. The room isn’t currently furnished but happy to furnish it if that’s what you need. Pretty flexible about the whole thing so just reach out to me if you’d like to discuss.
