Double Room in a family home

I have a double room in our family home. Room is furnished with a double wardrobe and there is plenty of space for a desk.

My mum loves to cook so you will get to try some of her home cooked food too as a bonus :)

I am looking for someone quiet and respectful who does not work from home full time.

There are some requirements;
It would be best suited to a female Muslim to understand the home values.
Kitchen, garden and bathroom will be shared.
Parking on the drive is available. for a well maintained car.

Rainham (Kent) station is a 15 minute walk and the town centre is similar distance, where there is a tesco and other stores for essential needs.
