No drug use or smells - nothing against 420 but not in house please
No pets considered as there is already a cat in the home, sorry.
Guests limited and by prior agreement - ask for details
Quiet hours: 11pm – 8am (ideally)
Working from home allowed, but within your room - additional space can be agreed separately.
