There is also the added benefit of a separate study in the fourth bedroom, offering additional space to work from home or relax.
There is plenty of off-street parking available on my private driveway.
The family bathroom will be predominantly for your use, only occasionally shared when I want to use the bath.
The house is ideally situated just a few minutes' walk from Pegwell promenade, offering beautiful coastal walks and running routes towards Ramsgate Harbour.

Access to a lovely garden cabin with a TV, which you are very welcome to use as an additional space to relax.

No pets or smoking, please.
This is a single-occupancy arrangement. I am looking for someone who wants a comfortable, relaxed place to live rather than a party house. I would prefer no overnight guests or partners staying over.
Most importantly, I am looking for someone trustworthy, reliable and respectful who will treat my home as they would their own.
