Double Room, Detached House, next to the Sea

My name is Daniel, I am the live-in landlord, although I don't really like that term, too Orwellian for me.... I'm very laid back and try to always be accommodating to any additional needs of everyone.

There are currently three of us in the house. I am only at home for three days of the week, so for four days there are only two people in the house. We also have a dog in the house, which belongs to one of the current Lodgers.

The room is downstairs at the back of the house and comes furnished, but I can remove things if you don't want them and also you can bring anything you want to bring.

There is a shared kitchen, separate dining room, separate living room, utility room for drying clothes etc. two bathrooms both with showers and toilets, one with a bath, huge back garden, and a driveway big enough for five cars. Can you believe it?! FIVE CARS!!! It was the thing I was most excited about when I bought the house but no one seems to share my enjoyment... Everyone is free to use all of the communal spaces whenever they like.

You would need a car to live here, we are slightly too far from everything to walk to shops etc everyday, but by car we are just minutes from everything, and you would have your own parking space on the driveway. It really is an amazing idyllic location, right next to Reculver nature reserve and five minutes walk to the beach by Bishopstone Glen which is more hidden and unknown than the beachfront at Herne Bay town centre. It's beautiful!

We are all very clean and tidy and considerate of each other. Ideally would prefer another female as my other two Lodgers are girls and I feel it would just be nicer for all of you to be all girls together. I'm the cleanest, most tidy, nicest, caring, beautiful smelling, well-presented, most metrosexual guy you'll ever meet. Most guys don't share my traits so I would just rather have all girls because girls seem to care more about living in good energy than guys do. Just my personal experience.
