I'm from London originally and moved here over two years ago to be closer to nature and the sea (we're 5 minutes from the beach). I work in London as a Spiritual Wellbeing Consultant.

There are currently three of us in the house. I am only at home for three days of the week, so for four days there are only two people in the house and quite often only one. Tragic isn't it ... *VIOLINS*

We just got a Beautiful friendly Cat named Bella (see photos). She's an outdoor Cat so no litter tray in the house at all and we're all very Grateful for that indeed.

The room is downstairs at the front of the house and comes furnished with Muji Drawers, Habitat Clothes Rail, Nectar Mattress...but I can remove things if you don't want them and also you can bring anything you want to bring.

Kitchen, separate dining room/living room recently had a wall taken down to open the place up looks fantastic check the video, two bathrooms both with showers and toilets, one with a bath, huge back garden, and a driveway big enough for five cars. FIVE CARS!!! We had six on there one time but I didn't take a photo! Totally gutted I forgot to do that now no one will ever believe me. Anyway, everyone is free to use all of the communal spaces whenever they like. Also, new Log Burner with 180° viewing window recently installed. It's toasty warm AND fancy.

You would need a car to live here or at least a bike, we are slightly too far from everything to walk to shops etc everyday, but by car we are just minutes from everything, and you would have your own parking space on the driveway. It really is an amazing idyllic location, right next to Reculver nature reserve and five minutes walk to the beach by Bishopstone Glen which is more hidden and unknown than the beachfront at Herne Bay town centre. It's beautiful!

We are all very clean and tidy and considerate of each other. Ideally would prefer another female as my other two Lodgers are girls and I feel it would just be nicer for all of you to be all girls together. The two girls who live here would also prefer another girl. I'm not like other guys, and I know you hear that ALL THE TIME but seriously I'm the cleanest, most tidy, nicest, caring, nice smelling, well-presented, guy you'll ever meet I GUARANTEE. Most guys just don't share these traits so I would just rather have all girls because girls seem to care more about living in good energy and space than guys do. Just my personal experience, WITHOUT PREJUDICE!! Seriously the house always smells amazing we burn Palo Santo and high quality imported incense and use essential oils in a diffuser. Plus always candles when the Sun goes down. I've always been totally ON IT when it comes to soft lighting in houses. I even put coloured tissue paper over the bathroom lights to make them less brutal. That's the kind of guy I am.

All pets considered! We've had dogs and cats living here before and we love animals... BUT WE COULDN'T EAT A WHOLE ONE!

Oh and we've got a banging coffee machine/grinder setup Sage Bambino Plus and two Sage Grinder Pro one for decaf yes we take it very seriously.
