Room with a view

Hi. I'm Sarah and I am looking for someone to share my home as essentially that's what happens when you rent a room to someone.

I have had lodgers for 10 years at my previous property but not since moving here.
Here is a cottage I have been renovating in Ripple, just outside Deal. It is a work in progress and still needs updating and decorating in parts. But it is home and is in a fantastic location for anyone wanting peace and quiet. There are horses at the bottom of the long garden and a walk across 2 fields to Solleys ice cream parlour and pub when you can great food and regular live music. Which is a bonus as there is no public transport or shop within walking distance so you will need a car for which there is a driveway.
There is a shared bathroom just with me with bath and separate shower also a 2nd toilet downstairs. The kitchen has a mini range cooker and dishwasher.

About me...I work full time shift work at B&Q. But I have plans to work on my retirement and hope to travel in my camper and gather work along the way. I am a Christian and my faith is very important to me and I would really love to find a like minded person as my lodger. I have 2 cockapoos so you would need to be dog friendly as they are very people friendly.
About you...I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy who will respect my home. I will accept a single person only. No couples or overnight guests. You will need to be in full time employment and I will need references as I have had a couple of bad experiences in the past.
I am not in any rush to fill the room. For me it is about finding the right person that I would feel comfortable sharing with.
