The annex is available from 4th May for working professionals (no students unfortunately). We can happily accommodate either single tenancy, or couples for an additional £200pcm.

The open-plan, detached annex has been developed to a high standard and features a modern shower room plus high-spec kitchen complete with induction hob.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed (incl. orthopaedic mattress), wardrobe, bedside table, dining table and chairs, double sofa, TV, shelving plus all kitchenware and cookware.

Laundry facilities are in the main dwelling (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board) - along with a communal area that's available to you and used by the other four tenants - all friendly and welcoming.

There is a landscaped, low maintenance garden which features a patio area with table and chairs.

The annex comes with Netflix, unlimited 130mbps Virgin broadband plus all inclusive bills. It also has its own entrance with on street parking available to the front (on Rochester Avenue) and rear (Clarence Avenue, Castle Avenue). 10 minute walk to Rochester High St, 15 min walk to Rochester Station.

5 weeks deposit required. References and credit checks to be carried out upon application. Single tenancy @ £980pcm, couples @ £1180pcm but unfortunately no families or students.
