I'm looking for a lodger for my spare bedroom in the new-build part of Rochester.
The flat is right beside Rochester station, is bright, airy and has a balcony that faces onto the Medway. It's on the second floor (there is lift access) and the room already furnished with the essentials. The room faces East and gets great sunrises.
I'm looking for a flatmate that is respectful, keeps the shared areas clean and tidy, but is also fun, chatty company for the times when we're both around.
I work from home most days, but am constantly escaping the flat so won't be around all of the time!
