The room includes a double bed, large built in wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and bedside table. It also has new carpet fitted and overlooks the garden. The room is filled with sunshine in the morning.

You must be a pet lover as the house comes with two adorable cats who may want to visit you.

Shared use of kitchen, living room and pretty garden. Fast and free WiFi and smart TV.

There is parking available on the roadside and a bus into Rochester and Chatham a few minutes walk away. The bus also takes you into Hoo in the other direction.

Strood train station is a few minutes drive away where there is access to the high speed trains into London. The Medway Tunnel is also a few minutes drive away with access to the University of Kent and Medway Hospital as well as shopping, restaurants and cinema in Dockside Retail Outlet. Bluewater Shopping Centre is also within easy access by car.

I am looking for a clean and quiet female, either a professional or working student. Any nationality will be considered. I will require references and proof of ID such as driving licence or passport. The room is for sole use and not for sharing although occasional overnight stays can be arranged.
