I'm looking for a female housemate.
Recently redecorated spacious double room available in Victorian, terraced house with small garden. Quite steep stairs to bedroom.
The very friendly dog, Betty, gate crashing the photos is not my dog and would only be staying for a few days very occasionally.
10 mins walk to Rochester Rail Station, cafes, bars, castle and cathedral.
20 mins to Chatham Station. 35 mins to 1 hour train journey to London.
Included in the room is a double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside side table and optional small desk.
Shared large bathroom, kitchen diner, living room and small garden.
Fast fibre broadband included and free to view tv channels on shared TV. Includes washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer.
Free parking available on the street.
I live a fairly quiet life and tend to socialise mostly out of the house so am not looking for a party animal housemate but it would be nice to have some company.
