Lovely en-suite room to let in modern house

We are a young couple living in a 3-bed house 2 minutes walking distance from the Rochester train station. The house is in the Rochester Riverside area. We have a 1-year old female Yorkie, and we’re happy to accept a lodger with pets (apart from very large dogs). The lodger will have access to the kitchen, washing machine and laundry room. The bedroom has an en-suite shower, a built-in wardrobe and is furnished (space is also available to bring a desk). We also have a cleaner coming every 3-4 weeks and we're happy to have them clean your room too at no extra cost. A parking space is available in the driveway.
