We have a room in our house available for rent. My husband and I have three kids between us (11, 14, 17) that spend around 50% of their time with us. We also have a dog and two cats.
The room has its own access through the patio garden, It has its own small en-suite containing a toilet and sink.
The room is separated from the rest of the house via the kitchen. The room has a fridge freezer.
Our future tenant is welcome to use the kitchen, main bathroom and dining room to eat.
There is some street parking available.
All bills are included and we are generally pretty laid back but we'd not want smoking in the house, and also cannot host any further animals.
