I am a tenant looking for a replacement lodger/housemate for a room in a countryside cottage near Sevenoaks surrounded by open fields and scenic walks .
The arrangement will be subject to landlord/estate agent approval.
There are two options avaliable :
There is the option of a bedroom plus tge use of an additional room that can be used as a home office, study, or hobby space — ideal for someone working from home or who would enjoy a bit of extra space.
Or just the use of the single room only .
The cottage has a large garden with outdoor seating, a pergola which is just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Inside there is a comfortable living area with a cozy fireplace for colder evenings.
Rent is £950 per month with bills included for the first option
You will be added to the estate agent contract, and references and a deposit will be required.
Affordability checks will be required and as a guide, the referencing process usually requires an annual income of around £26,000 or more.
Parking is available.
A car is essential as the property is located in a rural area with limited public transport.
