Hi there! I’m looking for a clean, tidy, mature professional to share my home in a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac.

The room and office space are offered together as a complete package for £900 /month—ideal if you work from home. However, if you don't require the office space, I’m happy to offer a reduced rent of £800

The bedroom is a bright, spacious double with wonderful views looking out towards the North Downs. It comes furnished with plenty of storage—built-in wardrobes with integrated drawers, plus extra cupboard space.

🏡The rest of the house includes:
- An open kitchen-diner and large but cozy living room
- A bright conservatory leading out to the garden (which has a lovely seating area for sunny days)
- Shared main bathroom upstairs, plus a downstairs WC

💼 Private Work-From-Home Space
Rent includes a separate, bright, self-contained office space so you can keep work and living completely separate.

📍 Location & Area
Set in a quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac, it's in a fantastic spot for balancing town convenience with open green space:
Sevenoaks Town Centre: 15-minute walk for shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Knole Park and Sevenoaks nature reserve: both a 15-minute walk and good for countryside walks and deer/bird spotting respectively.
Train Station: 20-minute walk for regular quick commuting links (23 minutes to London Bridge)

You’ll be sharing with me (a 47-year-old heritage professional) and my friendly cat, Puggles. It's a calm, easygoing household, ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxed, respectful home environment—and likes cats!

🌿 Parking & The Allotment
Parking: Private driveway parking space, plus plenty of free street parking right outside.
The Allotment: Just a few meters away, I have a lovely allotment plot overlooking the North Downs. If you happen to enjoy growing things, you're more than welcome to share the space or take over a raised bed or two (strictly optional, of course!).
