About the Room & Flat:
You’ll have a bright, spacious double bedroom in a modern two-bedroom flat with a clean, open-plan kitchen/living area and one shared bathroom. The flat is calm, stylish, and kept to a very high standard — especially the kitchen and bathroom, which I take great pride in keeping spotless. (I may or may not be a bit OCD about cleanliness — but hey, it makes for a peaceful, fresh home!)
What I’m Looking For:
Ideally, you’re someone who appreciates a tidy, quiet, and respectful home. If you’re also easygoing, love travelling, enjoy good music, and maybe the occasional conversation over a meal… we’ll get along just fine.
The Location: Peaceful Yet Well Connected:
The flat is located in Sidcup (DA15) — a quiet and green area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Just 10 minutes to Sidcup Station by bus, from where you can easily reach:
• London Bridge – in around 20 minutes
• Charing Cross – in 30 minutes
• London Victoria – about 37 minutes
You’ll also have easy access to Eltham High Street and Bexleyheath — perfect for shopping, dining, cinema nights, rooftop bars, gyms, and more. Local buses connect you to Woolwich, The O2/North Greenwich and all across Southeast London.
