Bird Cottage is a charming, self-contained, one-bedroom cottage offering a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. Fully furnished and with its own private entrance, the cottage provides privacy and independence, with a kitchen and dining area, shower room and direct access to the shared garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living, with a cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery provided for the tenant’s use. Filtered drinking water is also available, making the cottage well equipped for comfortable day-to-day living.

Rent: £945 per month, including all bills.
Deposit: £800.

The cottage has direct access to a shared garden, offering a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy throughout the year. An outdoor table is available for everyone to use, whether for a morning cup of tea, a meal in the fresh air, or simply sitting outside with a good book.

As the garden is directly in front of the cottage, someone who enjoys gardening and would occasionally like to help keep it looking attractive would be especially welcome. This is entirely optional and is not a condition of renting the cottage.

Caring for your home

We ask that the tenant keeps the cottage clean, tidy and well maintained, treating the property and shared garden with care and consideration.

Although all bills are included in the rent, we ask that electricity and water are used responsibly, with unnecessary consumption avoided. When leaving the cottage, please switch off lights and electrical appliances where appropriate, and ensure that the shower and water heater are switched off when not in use, following the appliances’ operating instructions.

Our aim is to provide a comfortable, peaceful and pleasant home where the tenant can enjoy their own space while making considerate use of the facilities.
