As the garden is directly in front of the cottage, I would appreciate the tenant’s contribution if gardening is your forte, helping with its general upkeep and maintenance when time allows. This will help keep the garden pleasant and enjoyable for everyone.

Keeping the cottage clean, tidy and well maintained is the tenant’s responsibility. We ask that the cottage and garden are treated with care and respect.

Please use electricity and water responsibly and avoid unnecessary consumption. For safety and energy efficiency, cookers, lights and other electrical appliances should never be left switched on when you are away from the cottage.
