Bird Cottage

Bird Cottage comprises one bedroom, a kitchen/dining area, a shower room, a private garden and self-contained access. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, cooker and fridge-freezer for the tenant’s use.

The supermarket, shops and high street are all within a five-minute walk, making the location very convenient.

The garden is mainly for the tenant’s use. Therefore, any help with its general upkeep and maintenance during free time would be greatly appreciated and would help keep the garden pleasant for everyone.

Keeping the cottage clean, tidy and well maintained is the tenant’s responsibility.

Please use electricity and water responsibly and avoid unnecessary consumption. For safety and energy efficiency, cookers, lights and other electrical appliances should never be left switched on when you are away from the cottage.
