Large double room in Sidcup

Large double room available in a friendly 6-person student house in Sidcup.

The room is really spacious and comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, with plenty of room for a desk, clothes rail/storage etc. and a locking door.

£655 per month, not including bills and tenancy would start on the 8th of September. There's a shared shower and toilet upstairs with another toilet downstairs closer to the room. It's a 5 minute walk from Sidcup station with really easy transport into london. We're looking for students only.

You'll be sharing with 5 other students. We're looking for someone fairly urgently as our previous tenant has unfortunately had to drop out last minute.
