The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk/chair, wardrobe & drawers. There is a TV point in the room & fast Virgin WIFI Broadband is throughout the property. There is a large kitchen diner fully equipped with fridge/freezers, oven, hobs, microwave, washing machine, crockery and all cooking utensils etc).There is also a large garden with side access for a bike etc.

The property is close to the supermarkets/shops & the town/train station are only a 10 min walk away. There is also free on street parking. The train station has buses to the Kent Science Park. The motorway access is very good too with access to the A2, A249, M2 & M20 all very close by.

A cleaner cleans the shared areas once a week & a gardener looks after the garden. I am looking for conscientious, clean and respectful house mate as you will be sharing with other professionals.

The contract is for 6 months minimum, with a 2 months notice period thereafter.

A refundable deposit of £300 is required to take the room.
