👤 About the Live-in Landlord:
I’m Daron, an IT Professional (Web Developer) and will be living in the room next door. I’m an easygoing and mindful person who gets along well with most people.

I work from an office area in the living room/kitchen and follow a vegan diet for health reasons.

🫥 I'm a bit of an introvert (16personalities: INFJ). Outside of work, I enjoy:
- visiting family
- watching films and documentaries
- reading ; and
- illustration

The room becomes available on the 23th October:

I’m looking for a tidy professional who values a peaceful and well-balanced home. Key qualities I'm looking for:

🧘🏿 I value a harmonious living environment:
- 🧹 Small habits like drying the sink area or washing dishes by day's end really help.
- 🚫 Please note: I avoid artificial fragrances (e. g. sprays, candles) due to sensitivities.
- 🌱 Ideally, you're a non-smoker and vegetarian or vegan — or at least happy to live in a space that reflects those values.
- 💬 Communication is key. I believe in open, respectful dialogue to ensure the home feels balanced and collaborative.

A modern, bright top-floor flat at the end of a quiet residential road.
- The flat has an xbox games console
- The balcony access with great relaxing views
- The building has a lift.
- Access is via key or fob from either the carpark (rear of the building) or main road (front).
- Access to locked internal bike storage facilities.

🌳 Surroundings:
- A small park is just 2 minutes away; and
- The pier is about a 15min walk 🚢

🛏️ Bedroom:
Spacious and well-lit with vaulted ceilings and expansive views. Furnished with:
- Single bed with mattress protector
- Motorised standing desk
- Oak gentlemens wardrobe
- Laundry basket
- Newly fitted blinds

🚿 Bathroom:
Is just steps away, and I’m happy to negotiate less if you don't want it exclusively.

🍽️ Living Room / Kitchen:
Corner-located, bright space with far-reaching views — including Dartford Bridge and wind turbines. Includes:
- Air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave
- reverse-osmosis water filter
- 4-hob electric cooker
- 3 cupboards + 50% of fridge

🚗 Parking:
I don’t currently drive however I have an allocated parking space located to the rear of the building
- This is available for you for usage whilst I'm not driving

- Budgens: 7 min walk
- Erith Shopping Centre: 15 min walk 🛍️
- Canary Wharf: 30 min (via Abbey Wood → Elizabeth Line)
- London Bridge: 30 min direct (Slade Green)
