Double bedroom with private ensuite. Furnished, hanging rail and chest of drawers provided. Small desk in room and larger desk can be provided on request. House has been lived in for 8 months. Shared access to lounge and kitchen diner with own cupboard space, downstairs toilet and enclosed garden. Bills included. Private parking available but this will be at an additional cost. Must like dogs as I have a small dog. Dog will not be left in the house when I am out.

This would suit someone who does long shifts at work or someone who wants easy access to London. Ideally Monday to Friday but shift patterns will be considered.

House is 5 minutes from Medway Valley Leisure Park on the banks of the River Medway, river walks in both directions. 40 minute walk to historic Rochester. There is a gym, bowling alley, cinema and restaurants in the Leisure Park. Strood station is a bus ride away with high speed links to London. Easy access to M2.
