I have a double room available in a relatively modernised and airy 3 bed house.
Benefits include use of all living areas. I have a comfortable living room with large smart tele, kitchen/ dining area (with dish washer, washing machine etc). Kitchen/ diner opens up on to a large patio area which I have furnished in the summer months extending the living area. There is a drive (which I mostly use) and unrestricted street parking. I am within a mile from Ebbsfleet and Swanscombe train stations and with 5 minutes to A2 and within 10 from the M25 and bluewater.
The room currently has a double bed with storage space underneath it and IKEA Pax wardrobes.
I am a clean and tidy person, in a pet free house. I’d expect the same.
Work a variation of shifts so it varies when I am in/ out but when I am indoors I like a sociable environment.
