Double room (house share)

I have a double room (south facing so gets plenty of sun light) available in a relatively modernised and airy 3 bed house.
The house has clean and comfortable living areas with smart tv’s, Alexa devices, dish washer, washing machine etc.
Bathroom has a bath with shower (over the bath).
Kitchen/ diner opens up on to a large patio area which I have furnished in the summer months extending the living area.

The room currently has a double bed with storage space underneath it, IKEA Pax wardrobes with draws and plenty of hanging space and a new Samsung 32” smart tv mounted on a pull out bracket.

Work a variation of shifts so it varies when I am in/ out but when I am indoors a sociable environment is healthy.

Conveniently situated within a mile from Ebbsfleet and Swanscombe train stations and around 5 minutes to the A2 and within 10 from the M25 and bluewater. There is a drive (which I mostly use although I’m not precious about parking as there is unrestricted street parking).

It is a pet & cigarette (don’t mind vapes) free house. I’d expect the same, someone who is clean, tidy and doesn’t leave mess, strong odours and/or clutter laying around.

The room is available at any time as it is currently unoccupied - I feel it is important to make sure that anyone who moves in is a good fit for the house so please do not spam me with requests if I am slow at responding as I would prefer to meet anyone interested and give them the opportunity to meet me and see the house before committing to just anyone moving in.
