The house is well maintained, surrounded by acres of private land, furnished and white goods include a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, fridge and freezer.

The area is very leafy, idyllic and peaceful. There are 2 parks nearby so there is plenty of opportunity for walks and running far away from roads and traffic.

Located near Kearsney station which offers easy access into Kent & London.

SUITABILITY

We are hoping to find reliable, trustworthy, tidy and friendly lodgers. References and proof of employment required.

I'm based mostly in London so only stay at the house on an ad - hoc basis so it will typically be only 3 adults/lodgers living in the house.
