This first-floor front and rear-facing bedroom overlooks the garden and the woods beyond, and the road to the front. It is furnished with three wardrobes (one of which has a full-length mirror), two chests of drawers, a double bed (ottoman style for storage) and a sofa.
The room has recently been painted all white with one pale grey feature wall.
There are two bathrooms on the property, one with a bath and the other with a shower room.
The room is for single occupancy only. Looking for a clean and tidy tenant.

Use of shared living room and kitchen/diner, which is very large and has all modern amenities, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, etc. There is a large garden with a patio, which houses a hot tub. There is ample parking on the drive and the road. Utilities, council tax and broadband are included in the rent and we have a cleaner for the communal areas of the house once a week. This is also included in the price.

We are currently four single professionals, three men and one woman. We are looking for one more person to join us. We are sociable but also appreciate a bit of privacy, so we will always respect yours. We have a very friendly black Labrador and two cats living with us.
