• 8 mins walk to Tonbridge Station. Fast trains to London (33 mins) and Hastings (40 mins)
• 1 min walk to bus stops to Maidstone/Tunbridge Wells
• 10 min drive to Pembury Hospital ideal for hospital staff
• High street, river, indoor/outdoor pool, gyms, Haysden Country Park, lovely local pubs, cafes and beautiful Kent countryside all on the doorstep! So many good pubs :-)

• Parking permit £45 a year / ad hoc daily permits available
• Short term only – poss up to 9 months (may sell house). Could suit someone looking for a longer term place or visiting from overseas

* 1 week's holding deposit to take the listing off, do references and contract and confirm the room. This sum will be taken off the main deposit amount that you pay with your rent when you move in) or it will be returned to you promptly if references are not forthcoming or for any reason do not reassure me about you as someone I'd feel comfortable to share my lovely home with.
