Double Room to rent

I have a lovely double room for rent in a 3 bedroom house near to town close to all aminaties, drs 5 mins a shop opposite 15 minutes walk centre town bus route also. This is my home so would Preferably a female household. I have 2 small dogs which are well behaved as they are all old!! So the person would have to like animals. I am friendly, approachable and like a happy positive vibe. I share household chores of which parts of the house they are using being the bathroom kitchen mainly, I’m comfortable sharing the lounge and kitchen area and will allocate space accordingly,
The room also has a desk not in pic and faces out on the back garden which is 100ft pretty and quiet! There’s a big wardrobe to use and chest of drawers and a bed drawer for storage, the attic is also available. access to WiFi bills included
