* Television — a Fire Stick would be required as there is no TV aerial

The house has use of the shared kitchen and lounge, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom, as well as access to the garden. Fibre broadband and one parking space are also available.

There is already another lodger living in the house, so this would suit someone who is comfortable sharing a home with others.

The room is available specifically from September until early May, while my daughter is away at university.
