This is a lovely house in a quiet area of Tunbridge Wells in the south of the town. It has a large garden and there is plenty of unrestricted parking. The house is 15 minutes walk to the main Sainsbury store where you can also catch many buses, or there is the local route 2 minutes from the house.

The house has been refurbished with brand new carpets and all rooms are fully furnished. There is double glazing throughout and each door is fitted with a lock for your peace of mind.

There is a modern combi boiler, so you will never run out of hot water, and the kitchen is lovely and new. Next to it is the sitting room which is also furnished and has a communal TV.
