Single room available in Welling ,only 10 minutes walking to the train station (25 minutes to London Bridge) and 2 minutes to the bus station (bus 486 which takes around 30-40 minutes to North Greenwich Underground station).
If you would like to go for a walk, Danson Park is only 5 minutes away .
Tesco supermarket is situated downstairs and Morrisons is right across the street.(the flat is located on the high street)
The room has a double bed with a new mattress , wardrobe, bedside table and I will be more than happy to provide a table with a chair and another chest of drawers.

I would prefer a female student or working female professional who is tidy, friendly and honest.
