I have a comfortable, fully furnished double room available in the house I rent. The house is fully furnished and a good size. This house is absolutely a home and not a show home and is somewhere you should feel comfortable and relaxed after a day at work. There is a cosy living room, a dining room, with a full table and chair set up, a medium sized kitchen with ample space plus garden and 2 full size fridge/freezers to share along with one shower room / toilet in the house. The house also has double glazing, is carpeted throughout and all the bedrooms are upstairs. I have a very sweet and friendly indoor cat (Hector Bellerin, Heccy for short) who is my responsibility but he is VERY friendly and he will gratefully accept many cuddles if you’re offering. This would suit someone who doesn’t have lots of belongings or furniture and is looking to be able to have an easy move in as the house is already fully furnished.

About the room
It is a good sized double room with a double bed that is under 2 years old, It also has a large built in wardrobe and draws available.

Ammenties
Great transport links - road with hail and ride buses available a few minutes walk from the house. Buses go to Abbey Wood within around 10mins which has the Elizabeth Line, Thameslink and SouthEastern trains or Bexleyheath station.
Shopping - Both Welling high street and Bexleyheath shopping centre are nearby, there are local shops within a minutes walk. There is also a big Sainsbury’s near the Abbey Wood station.
Parking spot available.
TV suite including Netflix, HBO Max and Amazon Prime
All bills included, water, council tax, gas, internet etc.

Who this property will suit
You’ll suit the property if you’re someone who is looking for an easy going housemate and a place they can call home. This would suit a single female but I’m happy for you to have friends/partner around occasionally. Obviously someone who likes cats! Someone who is working or in education. Maybe someone who sometimes wants to sit down and watch a good film (or even the odd trashy bad film!). If you like to cook there’s plenty of space.

I am happy to live with someone who just wants to keep themselves to themselves but equally happy to have a sofa yap, with a good cup of tea (my friend who is writing this says they’re the best in London) and the latest Marvel show. I have a lot of passions in life including cooking, TV & film and football (Arsenal fan). I am at the point in my life where I don’t want drama, or big parties, I like to come home from work and whack on the comfy clothes and settle in for the night. LGTBQ+ friendly.
