I am offering a large, spacious, bright and quiet double bedroom at the rear of the house, with views over the garden and surrounding countryside. The room has a walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Broadband and a television point are available in the room. There is a large kitchen with laundry facilities and your own storage unit. The house is surrounded by farmland and woodland, and there are lovely walks in the local vicinity.
I am a live in landlord and I work from home. I sometimes board dogs for an agency so occasionally there would be a dog here for days at a time. There is one other professional female tenant and we are a quiet but friendly, non-smoking household. We are looking for someone similar who would prefer a quiet place to call home.
